Lindsay J. Killian is an attorney at Musi, Merkins, Daubenberger & Clark where she focuses her practice on criminal defense and litigation. Mrs. Killian has extensive experience defending her clients in domestic, narcotic and firearm cases. In 2023 and 2024 Mrs. Killian was voted by the readers of the Delaware County Times as a “Top Lawyer” in the field of criminal defense in the greater Philadelphia area. Mrs. Killian also handles landlord tenant matters, litigating landlord tenant trials and appeals.
Mrs. Killian offers a unique approach to our criminal defense team, with experience clerking for the Honorable Glynnis Hill in Philadelphia, and working at the Delaware County District Attorney’s office. Lindsay is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar. Mrs. Killian has been working in private practice since 2018.
Mrs. Killian graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a concentration in literary and cultural studies, and a minor in communications. Mrs. Killian earned her Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2018, where she served on the board of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. She was also a member of the mock trial team, and the Transactional Honors Law Society, where she was named the ‘Best New Negotiator’ in 2016. In 2023 Mrs. Killian volunteered to serve a mock trial coach for PennCrest High School where she taught high school students how to conduct a criminal trial as both a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney.
Mrs. Killian lives in New Jersey with her partner and their three dogs. She is an avid animal lover who regularly takes in foster dogs. Mrs. Killian was born and raised in the greater Philadelphia area and is a lifelong Philadelphia sports fan.
