Grace V. Yarosewick is an associate attorney with Musi, Mattson, Daubenberger & Clark. Grace has been part of the firm since 2021, beginning her career as an intern before advancing to the role of law clerk and now attorney. Her longstanding experience with the firm has provided her with a deep understanding of its values, clients, and practice areas, allowing her to deliver skilled and compassionate representation.
Grace earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Political Science, from West Chester University in 2021. She went on to attend Widener University Delaware Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor in May 2025. During law school, Grace was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society, served as a Staff Editor for the Widener Law Review, and held the position of Event Director for the American Constitution Society. During her third year of law school, Grace won first place in the 2025 Moot Court Honor Society’s Distinguished Jurist Competition. She also had her student article entitled “Protect Authors Not Algorithms: The Rise of Artificial Intelligence and Its Interference with Copyright Law,” published in volume 31 of the Widener Law Review. After taking the July 2025 Bar Exam, Grace was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
At the firm, Grace focuses her practice primarily on family law matters and civil litigation. She assists clients in all areas of domestic relations, including divorce, custody, support, adoption, and name change proceedings. Grace is dedicated to guiding individuals and families through challenging transitions with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Originally from the West Chester area, Grace continues to reside there. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering on her favorite Philadelphia sports teams—the Phillies and the Eagles.
