Robyn E. Musi | Alternative Dispute Resolution

Mrs. Musi focuses her practice on helping clients resolve family law matters through negotiation, mediation, and other alternatives to traditional litigation. As a certified mediator and collaboratively trained attorney, she brings extensive experience in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution to help clients understand their options and work toward practical resolutions.

Dimitri L. Karapelou | Banking and Finance

Mr. Karapelou has approximately 28 years of experience representing debtors, creditors, trustees, and other parties in bankruptcy proceedings, business transactions, and commercial disputes. His experience provides a balanced perspective in complex matters. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, FINRA Panel Arbitrator, and Panel Arbitrator for the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas.

Thomas A. Musi, Jr. | Business

Mr. Musi represents businesses and business owners in matters involving contracts, transactions, and business disputes. With years of courtroom experience handling both straightforward and complex cases, he brings careful attention to detail and a thorough approach to each matter, particularly those involving written contracts.

Rachel L. Mercurio | Cybersecurity

Ms. Mercurio focuses her practice on governmental entities, major development projects, land use and zoning, and state, local, and municipal law. She assists clients with the legal and regulatory issues that can arise throughout development and other projects. Rachel is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania’s trial and appellate courts and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Lucas A. Clark, IV | Divorce and Family Law

Mr. Clark heads MMD&C’s family and matrimonial law division and focuses on the litigation side of family law. He handles divorce, custody, support, and related civil and criminal matters throughout southeastern Pennsylvania, including indirect criminal contempt, partition, and personal property matters involving former romantic partners.

Richard C. Daubenberger | Criminal Law

Mr. Daubenberger focuses on criminal and juvenile defense, with experience handling matters involving drug offenses, DUI, and other criminal allegations. Throughout the legal process, he provides clients with clear guidance and strong representation while helping them understand their options and navigate the challenges of their case.

Lindsay A. Killian | Dependency and Juvenile Law

Ms. Killian maintains a practice focused on criminal defense and juvenile litigation throughout the greater Philadelphia region. She has experience representing clients in matters involving domestic violence, narcotics, and firearms, as well as handling trial and appellate matters. Her practice also includes work involving juvenile and dependency matters.

Michael J. Mattson | Trusts and Wills

Mr. Mattson focuses his practice on estate planning, estate administration, and Orphans’ Court litigation. He assists clients with planning for the future, administering estates, and addressing disputes involving estates and trusts. His recognition in Trusts and Wills reflects his experience in these areas of practice.
